Mr Q's Magic Booth ("we", "us") takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under UK GDPR.

What we collect

• Contact details you provide when booking (name, email, phone)
• Event details (date, venue, postcode, service selections)
• Photos and recordings taken at your event (delivered to you via secure link)
• Anonymous website analytics (page views, device type)

How we use it

• To confirm, prepare for and deliver your booking
• To send you your event photos and recordings
• To contact you about your booking or answer your questions
• Marketing emails only if you explicitly opt in

Retention

We keep booking records for 7 years for accounting and tax purposes, after which they are deleted. Event media is delivered and then removed from our servers within 90 days.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing bookings@mrqsmagicbooth.co.uk. We'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use minimal first-party cookies for site functionality (booking wizard state) and anonymous analytics. We don't use marketing or tracking cookies without consent.
